Octillion USA: Nevada
In Reno, Nevada is our 1GWh domestic factory producing and servicing battery systems for an array of U.S. based customers.
It is also our co-located factory model for regional clients looking to manufacture battery systems at commercial-scale in close proximity, or even on-site, to their product manufacturing facilities in any region of the United States, North or South America.
Octillion USA: California
Since 2009, our United States corporate headquarters is in the heart of California’s Bay Area. We sit in the epicenter of high technology, Silicon Valley, and the EV and energy storage revolution.
With terrific access to top talent and convenient travel for client visitation, this hybrid facility houses both Octillion's US-based leadership team, as well as top-flight engineers working on domestic battery system design and engineering, manufacturing, and servicing.
Octillion India: Pune One
The largest of our two manufacturing facilities in Pune, in the heart of western India’s automobile and IT hubs.
This facility is state-of-the-art in every manner and produces the majority of our batteries for the Indian truck and bus markets.
To date, this Pune facility has propelled over 1,500 buses on Indian roads, across 15 cities, that have logged over 50 million kilometers driven.
Octillion India: Pune Two
Our second Pune facility, also in India’s automotive epicenter, is home to our regional corporate offices, R&D, and manufacturing—producing systems for automotive, truck, and bus.
This is our first inaugurated Indian facility, and it continues to be an anchor for our robust and growing presence domestically on the Indian subcontinent, and a hub for South East Asia funneling growth into new territories.
Octillion China: Hefei
Our Hefei facility is the corporate home of Octillion in China; operating under our wholly-owned subsidiary, SinoEV. This is where our leadership team operates from.
This facility is also a critical piece of our R&D and manufacturing for China, responsible for a sizable component of our Chinese domestic battery system production for broad end markets, but mostly domestic EVs.
Out of Hefei also emerges the backbone of our strategic direction and implementation for China, and our next-generation battery and component manufacturing, with Octillion’s trademark tri-combination of touch labor, robotics, and automation.
Octillion China: Liuzhou
One of our four manufacturing facilities in China, operating under our wholly-owned subsidiary SinoEV.
This is a centerpiece 10GWh state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with the next-generation combination of touch labor, sophisticated robotics, and futuristic automation.
Our Liuzhou facility has helped fuel our impressive battery system market share on roads throughout China, contributing to 5 percent market share of the Chinese EV market and with over 1.4 million kilometers driven on Octillion battery systems.
Octillion China: Putian
The Putian facility is a customer co-tenant occupancy factory model—and a prime example of how Octillion can assist major automotives, and other large volume transportation manufacturers and OEMs, by nimbly establishing a battery system factory on the campus of a client’s EV manufacturing epicenter.
The advantages of this model are numerous, and primary outcomes include: reliable supply chain, elimination of shipping costs, reduction in fossil fuel emissions with minimal transportation requirements, nimble product integration and R&D, and efficiencies with on-premises in-person communications.
Octillion China: Anqing
Proudly operating under our SinoEV sub-brand, this is our fourth facility in China located in the southwest of Anhui rovince in the city of Anqing. This facility is a manufacturing-only, and predominantly produces next-generation battery systems for automotive customers on the Chinese mainland.
In this large manufacturing facility, Octillion’s trademark matrix of touch labor, automation, and robotics is employed—and with our three other Chinese facilities—our supply chain, and thereby our client’s various supply chains, in China and Asia, are fundamentally strong.
Our manufacturing efficiencies in Anqing, further added volume pricing for unparalleled client value.
